- Description of Company’s business: Rome Resources Plc (“Rome Resources”) is an early-stage resource exploration company. Rome Resources holds exploration rights in respect of two contiguous properties located in the Walikale district of the North Kivu province in the Democratic Republic of Congo (the “Bisie North Tin Projects”). The two contiguous properties offer exposure predominantly to tin, as well as secondary exposure to copper, zinc, lead and silver.
- Country of incorporation and main country of operation: Rome Resources Plc is incorporated and registered in England & Wales under the Companies Act 2006 with registered number 02578942. The Company’s main country of operation is the Democratic Republic of Congo.

- Exchange/Trading platforms: The securities of Rome Resources Plc are traded on the AIM market of the London Stock Exchange only (AIM: RMR), and no application has been made to trade on any other exchange platform.
